When you book a commission with Erika, full payment is required upfront and is non-refundable. Depending on the current workload, you may be placed on a waitlist. If you need your commission expedited, a RUSH fee may apply, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.  

Erika will keep you updated with progress pictures as she works on your piece. She values open communication and keeps her clients informed throughout the project. If any questions arise, they can be easily addressed during the process. 

You will receive an invoice from ENE (Erika Newsom Entertainment) along with a service agreement for the commissioned work. A confirmation text will be sent once your service agreement and invoice have been processed and emailed to you. To start your project, full payment and a signed service agreement are required.

For shipments within the USA, a tracking number will be provided, and a signature will be required upon delivery. Shipping will occur within 72 business hours of receiving your signed approval upon project completion, and a shipping confirmation will be sent at time of shipping.
