Due to the nature of the creative work, all purchases made are non-refundable upon receipt of payment. No exceptions. Once you purchase and receive your item, it’s all yours to enjoy.
Intellectual Property Notice
Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Erika Newsom, Newsom Fine Art including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.
Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcome and does not breach this clause.
Liability
We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc.
As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every print is inspected several times before clearing quality control for shipment and only pristine purchased reproductions are packaged for you to enjoy.
Please read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase.
For custom products or commissioned work
Any commissioned work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit upon receipt of the signed service agreement. The remaining balance is due upon the client's final approval of the completed piece and before the item is shipped. You must approve the item and sign off before making the final payment and receiving the product. This process helps us both confirm that everything is as expected. The shipping address will be confirmed prior to shipping the item to insure it is going to the correct address or if there is a change in address prior to shipping.
Returns and Refunds
If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - we will do everything we can to make it right. We do our best to offer color accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices. If color calibrations are of concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.) and watching any provided videos of the item prior to making your purchase. However, due to the nature of the work, all purchases made are non-refundable upon receipt of payment. No exceptions. Once you receive your item it is yours to enjoy.
Shipping Policy
The processing times of each item can be found within the product descriptions. Newsom Fine Art is very small and is dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. Please note that on occasion, delays in dispatching orders may occur if artwork is going viral on social media. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and thank you greatly for your patience.
If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has dispatched from our studio. Please contact us as soon as possible should you need an address change prior to shipping.
Items are shipped with insurance and are shipped with a mandatory signature upon receipt and a tracking number within the USA. Shipping is included with your purchase, unless you wish to have expedited shipping, then there is an additional fee. To ensure your product arrives in good condition, we will send you photos of the item before it ships, showing it meets the agreed-upon standards. Erika Newsom, Newsom Fine Art is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at checkout. Any damages incurred during shipping should be addressed directly with the postal service, utilizing the provided shipping insurance.
USA & International
Shipping is anywhere within the USA only at this time. International shipping is currently reviewed individually, but it is not available at this time.
All workshops are booked through Erika Newsom Entertainment (ENE). You'll be redirected to ENE to book. A non-refundable deposit & form submission are required to reserve your date. Service agreements & invoices are processed within 72 business hrs, unless it is a holiday season, or if its during a busy season, then we will notify you about current wait times. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of your signed agreement & deposit. Booking Deposits are non-refundable, however are good for 6 months should you need to reschedule your event for any reason. Your booking deposit / fee will be applied towards your total balance due the day of your event. The remaining Payment in full will be due and non-refundable upon the artist arrival. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Credit Cards are accepted. Credit cards are processed via PayPal.
